Yoni Steaming is an ancient and traditional practice, rooted in many cultures for feminine self-care. I has been practised for centuries to heal and tone the vagina in a non-invasive gentle process. This is similar to a spa or a steam-room session for the vagina. The herbs in this product have been carefully selected for maximum benefit to the user. The steaming session is a lovely relaxing and meditative time for ladies – an opportunity to reconnect with their sexuality and their reproductive organs.
How does it work?
One should gently circulate the heat from a comfortable and safe distance. Vaginal steaming works in much the same way as a steam inhalation does in order to help ease blocked sinus, by dilating blood vessels and stimulating blood flow. It also increases sensitivity and allows the body to absorb the herbal oils and phytonutrients released by the herbs when they come into contact with the hot water. These compounds then provide all the good benefits to the female body. The steam should not be too close to the body (as this could result in burning).

How to Use:

It is for vaginal steaming only
Directions:
Add sachet contents to 500 ml / 1 litre of boiling water
Simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove from the vessel and allow to cool for two minutes.
Steam by using one of the following methods:
1. Place two chairs side by side. Place the steaming or boiling vessel between them and sit over the vessel using the chairs to support you
2. Cushion the ground and kneel, hovering over the pot, placing your arms forward on a chair to stabilize your body
3. Place the steaming pot on the toilet and sit / squat over the toilet seat.
A combination of 1 & 2 seems to be popular. Wrapping material around your lower body and the vessel to retain the steam is suggested, similar to how you would cover your head when steaming for a cold or flu. Continue until the liquid cools and the steam is finished
