Barberry Bark: Known to treat diarrhoea in dogs that is caused by parasites and worms. This herb contains the chemical Barberine, an alkaloid with anti bacterial, anti parasitic and anti inflammatory properties. This herb reduces fever and swelling that may be caused by the parasites.
Black Walnut: Known to expel intestinal worms and even heartworms in dogs. This herb is safer to use than conventional veterinary de-wormers. It is still important to not overdose your dog.
Wormwood: Known for expelling worms and parasites from dogs. Effective in treating lungworms in dogs. It is a fast acting de-wormer for dogs.
Cascara: Stimulates the bowels and is known to have a laxative effect due to its expelling agents. Contains anthraquinones. Its laxative properties are good and cleanses out the intestines of the dog which happens when expelling worms and parasites.
Cloves: A potent de-wormer and parasite killer. It not only kills off the parasites, it also kills off the eggs left behind when the parasite is killed. If the eggs are not killed, they will hatch and the whole process will happen over again. Kills off germs and bacteria left behind by the worms and parasites. Especially good at expelling worms in the dogs intestinal tract.
Neem: A very strong herb when expelling worms. It not only kills the worms but it removes the toxins left behind.
